The Camp Safe™ Rescue Alarm Kit comes with our most versatile perimeter trip alarm yet (the Gen4) — combining tripwire-triggered security with signal flare launching capability in a compact, field-ready design.
Built from durable 6061 aluminum, this system uses a spring-loaded firing pin and trip trigger to activate Orion 12-gauge signal rounds, blanks, or adapters. The updated model features a threaded load collar to securely hold your blanks, adapters, or flares in place — even in rugged terrain.
Whether you need a perimeter alert for intruders or a rescue signal in a survival situation, the Camp Safe™ kit delivers both — in one lightweight unit.
Never use 12 gauge hulls with brass. They mushroom out making it difficult to remove. There is also a small chance of metal hitting skin or eyes if launching from hand. NEVER set up as a trip alarm with Aerial Flares.
