Shipping policy

Domestic U.S. Orders

• Free shipping on orders of $99 USD or more.

• $7.99 flat rate for orders under $99.

• Applies to the continental U.S. (Lower 48 states) only.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the item and destination.

Some products may be excluded from free shipping; in those cases, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Canadian Orders

• Select items are eligible for shipping to Canada.

• If an item is not available for Canadian delivery, you’ll be notified at checkout.

International Orders (Outside North America)

We currently do not offer international shipping by default.
However, if you're outside North America, please email us at sales@fithops.com. We'll do our best to explore shipping options to your location.

Additional Shipping Information

• You may be responsible for additional shipping fees, including:

  • Remote area surcharges

  • Customs duties or taxes

  • Delivery fees not covered by our free shipping policy

• By placing an order, you agree to pay any such additional charges.

Order Restrictions

• We do not ship blank munitions to:

  • Washington, D.C.

  • Massachusetts

  • Chicago

  • New York City

  • Any other location where prohibited by law.

• Residents of Connecticut, Illinois, New York State, California, or New Jersey may order restricted items only with valid permits or certifications submitted before purchase.
