Camp safe trip alarm

I have practiced with it on the porch and it strikes the primer each time. I bought 4. Very nice design. I made my own primer adapters out of empty shell hulls to save money.

Painted flat earth

Body of alarm should be painted flat dark earth, not shiny reflective black or green. Itā€™s not an effective if it can be easily spotted. However these things do work extremely well, especially at night!

Really well made

I've not yet had the opportunity to test it with a live round, but as a machinist myself I can tell you the device is very well made. No flash, smooth action. There's even a spring-loaded ball to hold the shell in place; nice touch.
