1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
• Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., ages 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Void where prohibited by law, including jurisdictions where tactical/self-defense products cannot be shipped (such as certain restrictions on pepper spray or blank-firing devices).
• Employees of Fith Ops, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on August 29, 2025 and ends on September 5, 2025.
4. How to Enter
• Follow instructions posted on Fith Ops’ official [Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/email/etc.] during the Promotion Period.
• Limit: One entry per person. Multiple entries will be void.
• No purchase is required to enter.
5. Prizes
• Fith Ops Perimeter Trip Alarm Kit (Approximate Retail Value: $189.00).
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. Any prize valued at $600 or more will require completion of an IRS Form W-9 and issuance of a Form 1099.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period using a random drawing tool.
• Winners will be notified via [social media DM/email] within 5 days of the Promotion ending.
• If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be chosen.
7. Shipping Restrictions
• Prizes can only be shipped within the United States.
• If a winner resides in a state where the prize cannot legally be shipped (due to restrictions on tactical gear or self-defense products), Fith Ops reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree that Fith Ops may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fith Ops is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical errors of any kind. By participating, entrants release Fith Ops from all liability related to participation or acceptance of the prize.

11. General Conditions
Fith Ops reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
